By accessing or using Cerious Productions LLC’s services (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Cerious Productions provides video production, photography, editing, and related services. Service details are agreed upon individually with each client.

Payment Terms

Payment details, including deposits, invoicing, and final payments, are outlined in individual project agreements or quotes.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated in writing. Terms for cancellations and fees are specified in your project agreement.

Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of raw footage and project files unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Clients receive licenses to use the final deliverables as outlined in agreements.

SMS Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding projects, promotions, and updates. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for assistance. Consent isn’t required for service purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Nevada law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
